Flight and Holiday

1. Definitions:

a) “Company” refers to Flight and Holiday.

b) “Customer” refers to the individual or entity booking the flight or holiday package.

c) “Services” refer to the flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services provided by the Company.

2. Booking and Payment:

a) All bookings are subject to availability.

b) A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.

c) Full payment is due by specified date before the departure date.

d) Payment methods accepted and details of any additional fees should be outlined.

3. Changes and Cancellations:

a) The Customer may request changes to the booking subject to availability and any applicable fees.

b) Cancellation by the Customer may result in forfeiture of the deposit or additional cancellation fees.

c) The Company reserves the right to cancel or modify services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Customer will be offered alternatives or a refund.

4. Travel Documentation:

a) Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the required passports, visas, and other travel documents.

b) The Company is not liable for any consequences resulting from the Customer’s failure to comply with travel documentation requirements.

5. Travel Insurance:

The Company recommends that Customers obtain travel insurance to cover unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

6. Liability:

The Company is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or expenses incurred by the Customer during the course of travel, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Force Majeure:

The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, and government restrictions.

8. Complaints:

Any complaints should be brought to the attention of the Company as soon as possible during the trip, allowing for prompt resolution.

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of jurisdiction.

10. Amendments:

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes.

By booking with Flight and Holiday, the Customer agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
